Derek was wonderful. He came out very quickly, showed us what the problem was & fixed it right away. We were relieved to have it fixed so quickly. Very responsive & knowledgeable. Contacted Serv Pro for us for remediation, which was so nice.

We met with five individuals from start to finish for a project to replace our older heat pump. Each one of the Home Climates team treated us courteously and patiently answered all of our questions. We will contact Home Climates in the future for heating, AC, plumbing, or hot water needs. We are glad they are willing to travel a distance to serve our area. They have been a good company to work with.
