It's not very often in the business world that you witness a location outright turning away business, least of all because they are "too busy", but I will absolutely not be returning and am quite frankly irate at the gall of the people working here.
Called for over 20 mins no answer!!! Finally called kmart and they said they were closing at 4! It was 3:20 and the business hours are 11am to 8pm....The people are rude to boot
Step 1: Acknowledge the customer's arrival. A general statement can be something as simple as "We will be right with you."
If I could give this location zero stars, I would. Previously I ordered from here 1 time and despite requesting, multiple times, that my food be cooked well done it was doughy at best and completely raw at worst. I always have a "try two times" rule because you never know if your first visit was an exception or the norm.

20 minutes later I went down to the store in person to check this and called while standing just outside of the entrance with a clear view of their counter. I watched as an employee ignored the phone, then picked up and hung up without so much as looking at the phone.
Waited 40 minutes to get my pizza and it was the worng pizza. They offered a free pizza on my next visit

I immediately called the K-Mart that this location resides in and was told that they were "busy", to which I responded "So they are just ignoring calls?". I was told they were in fact NOT TAKING CALLS AND HANGING UP ON CUSTOMERS because they were "too busy". Sounds like a great way to do business Little Caesars!
Called throughout the day today (a Sunday) over the span of five hours and what I experienced is quite frankly unacceptable beyond belief. These people refused to pick up the phone. It would ring constantly for minutes on end with no answer nor any voicemail. At one point I simply let the phone ring for 10 minutes as a sheer force of will and clearly heard somebody pick up the phone and hang up. Clear as day.
Stay away at all costs and don't encourage these people by sending the message through your business that this type of garbage is OK.
