Stayed here last week for Thanksgiving. I was surprised with how highly rated this hotel was compared to many others I'd seen, so I decided to book it. I'm glad I did. This hotel was great. We had absolutely no problems. The hotel staff was super nice, the hallways were spotless, and the whole place was super clean. I've seen dirtier hotels with higher star ratings, so this place was great. Our room was nice, no issues. I will be looking to stay here again the next time I'm visiting family!
This is a Holiday Inn not a Holiday Inn Express. Older hotel but overall it was nice. Staff has been excellent. We have enjoyed the ease around the Lancaster/Hershey area.
I was staying here for work and they were more than accommodating. The first room they had me in had a very damp smell. I asked for a new room and they gave me one immediately right down the hall. I realized the smell was from the room not having a dehumidifier, which my new one did and it smelled so much better! The continental breakfast in the morning was absolutely fantastic and I was pleasantly surprised! Egg white omelettes, bacon, sausage, gravy, biscuits, pancakes, cereal, yogurt, bagels, English muffins, hard boiled eggs, coffees, milks and juices. Absolutely wonderful for the price. Certainly not a five star hotel, but definitely a great bang for the buck. Very clean, the staff is customer service oriented and I had a great experience. I will most definitely return!
Always a safe, clean, and convenient hotel to stay. It has been our experience that helpful staff, comfortable rooms, breakfast, convenient parking, and quick access to major routes can be found at the Holiday Inn Express, Elizabethtown, Pa. We would highly recommend this as a good choice for anyone needing accommodations.
The shower seemed very modern. The bed was very comfortable. I loved that the bill was delivered under our door while sleeping so we didn't have to do anything for checkout.
